| DFL-1
has a unique resin that bonds best to soft substrates
and will not flake off as will coatings with harder films. It
is a high pressure water based lubricant that produces no hazardous
fumes under curing conditions at 150ºC. It reduces friction,
galling and scuffing on surfaces that do not flex. Primarily
formulated for plain bearings. |

| TLML
is an extreme pressure bonded lubricant that is best for flexing
parts such as springs. It reduces friction, galling
and scuffing, increases part life and aids in cooling parts.
Solvent based and oil retaining TLML requires curing at 150ºC. |

| TLMB
is a durable, long lasting polymer that is used as a base
coating for softer lubricants such as TLML where total coating
thicknesses of greater than 25 microns are required. Solvent
based and requires curing at 150ºC. |

| CermaLube
an extreme pressure bonded ceramic based dry film lubricant that is
designed to reduce friction and prolong component life under conditions
where other coatings fail. It is water based,
oil retaining and requires curing at 175ºC. |

| WSX is an
extreme pressure and temperature powder lubricant generally used where
liquid lubricants cannot be applied. Application
of the microscopic coating layer is simply by buffing under pressure.
No curing required. |

TECHTREX
75000: a water dispersed thermoplastic coating formulated from Victrex®
PEEK™. Extreme pressure lubricants have been added to the
basic TECHTREX 71000 material to provide a coating that is an excellent
lubricant but also has excellent chemical and corrosion resistance.
It is suitable for use on food processing equipment as well as many
industrial and automotive applications.
