CERMAKROME™ (click here to view)
Cermakrome™ is a water based thermal curing metallic ceramic coating that provides excellent corrosion protection under the harshest conditions even at 750º C. The highly polished finish provides an aesthetically pleasing as well as top performing coating.
TLHB (click here to view)
TLHB is another coating that provides excellent protection against most corrosive elements up to 750º C. Solvent based it can be applied in a variety of ways and left to air dry or be thermally cured for instant protection.
TLLF (click here to view)
TLLF is a version of TLHB that has been formulated to provide protection to the stainless steel components used in lead free solder application equipment. This avoids the need for expensive alternative of exotic materials such as titanium.
CERMASEAL™ (click here to view)
CermaSeal™ also provides a clear protective finish to metals up to 750º C. As an air curing material it can also be used on many plastics and composite materials.
CILGEN™ "LTC" (click here to view)
CilGen™ “LTC” is a clear coating capable of providing protection up to 350º C. It is air curing and therefore applicable to a wide arrange of materials. The TECHTREX™ range, particularly the 71000 coating, provides all the corrosion protection of PEEK™ .
