Base Ceramic Prevcor

PrevCor™ can be applied to any exhaust system part or other metal surface to increase corrosion resistance. Designed as a base coat, PrevCor™ can be top coated with a variety of different coatings.

PrevCor™ was formulated to reduce the cost involved in applying a dual coat system. Most systems require that the base coat be cured prior to top coating and in many cases an additional etch is also required. PrevCor™ simply air dries and is then top coated. Final cure will be at any temperature from 350ºF to 1000ºF, allowing it to be cured with virtually all high temperature coatings currently available.
