The Carole Nash International & Mechanics Classic Motorcycle Show at the Stafford County Showground during 17-18th October was a resounding success. The Camcoat Stand S8 in the Sandylands Hall attracted enormous interest as visitors were able to see and feel the range of ceramic exhaust coatings, the triple piston coating system and the heat reducing thermal dispersant coating TLTD applied to a cylinder block .

The Satin Black exhaust coating on a GSXR1000 header was of most interest as it replicates exactly the original finish on many classic bike exhausts. The polished Cermakrome finish applied to a XT250 exhaust looked the business and also attracted a lot of interest as it can be applied to used exhausts, unlike chrome plating.

The two race bikes, a Seeley Weslake and Honda K4 kindly loaned by Tony & Gary Freeman attracted a lot of attention and numerous photographs. Both these bikes have raced with our “Racespec” internal & external ceramic exhaust coatings for up to five full seasons with no coating damage.

With our ability to ceramic coat exhausts and engine parts, apply lasting factory black finishes to barrels and heads, powder coat frames and other cycle parts and apply the new tinted anti-corrosion coating to chrome plated parts Camcoat are able to offer the classic motorcycle restorer, mechanic or owner a complete one-stop coating service.

We will certainly be there next year but before then see us at the Race Retro Show in March at Stoneleigh.
